St. Joseph

Ryan Brathwaite is a business executive, entrepreneur, and community leader whose work is rooted in institution-building, economic inclusion, and practical delivery. His career spans construction, digital enterprise, culture, and public administration.

He is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Ticketlinkz Inc. And Hackleton Construction Inc., delivering major projects while prioritising local skills, community employment, and grassroots development. He is also the Founder and CEO of Barbados Reggae Weekend, using culture as a tool for social cohesion and economic activity.

Ryan is the youngest-ever Chairman of the Barbados National Standards Institution, where he led significant reforms in governance, accountability, and national standards. He has also held leadership roles within youth and sports development organisations.

A long-standing member of the Barbados Labour Party’s St. Joseph Branch, he has served for 15 consecutive years and was unanimously nominated to represent the constituency. His work reflects a new generation of leadership focused on results, opportunity, and national development.
