Adrian “Medic” Forde is a pharmacist and public servant committed to empowerment, fairness, and opportunity. A graduate of the Barbados Community College Pharmaceutical Programme, he also holds a postgraduate certificate in Drug Abuse and Sexually Transmitted Diseases. His professional experience includes training pharmacist interns at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and teaching at St Leonard’s Boys’ School.

Elected Member of Parliament for Christ Church West Central in 2018 and 2022, Adrian Forde is known for accessible, community level leadership. His constituency initiatives include Project HOPE, which supports education, employment, and personal development, the WEE Programme supporting entrepreneurship for women, young people, and persons with disabilities, and the Building Blocks Project, which provides commercial kiosks to support small business development among at risk youth.

As Minister of Environment and National Beautification, Green and Blue Economy, his work has included national clean up programmes, gully rehabilitation, beach access restoration, biodiversity initiatives, tree planting, and green space development. His leadership is action oriented, collaborative, and grounded in dignity and opportunity for all.
